The name "Brigantian Designs" is an homage to the ancient Celtic goddess Brigit. A goddess of fire, Brigit was closely associated with the fires of transformation and creation. Within the Celtic pantheon she is considered to be the patron goddess of smiths, craftsmen, and poets. Since designers have to be a bit of each, she seemed an appropriate patron for our business.
